Q-Tech Logistics respects your privacy and processes personal information responsibly. This notice explains what we collect through this website, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message. When you submit an application, we may also collect your selected programme, preferred learning arrangement and information you choose to provide about your company, role or experience.

The current website does not request identity documents, certificates, medical records or other supporting files. Please do not send these documents by ordinary email.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess initial programme interest, provide admissions guidance, arrange training or consulting services, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an application form does not guarantee admission or placement. Q-Tech Logistics will contact applicants to confirm eligibility, availability and the next steps.

Form delivery and service providers

Website enquiry and application forms are delivered through Web3Forms to the Q-Tech Logistics email account. Web3Forms processes the submitted information on our behalf to provide form-delivery and spam-prevention services.

We may use other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with applicants or deliver our services. They should receive only the information needed to perform their role.

Learner portal and supporting documents

A learner portal is planned for a later development phase. When secure document upload becomes available, applicants will receive instructions for submitting supporting files through that portal for review. This privacy notice will be updated before the portal begins collecting documents.

Sharing and retention

Information is accessible only to Q-Tech Logistics personnel and service providers who need it to handle the enquiry, application or requested service. We do not sell personal information.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business administration or to meet legal and regulatory requirements. Information that is no longer required should be securely deleted or anonymised.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No internet or email transmission is completely secure, which is why sensitive supporting documents are excluded from the current website forms.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request deletion where retention is no longer required.
